Good Morning WA World!Back on my routine this morning. Long Beach walk 1st on my Westies list :-).We started out a bit late as for some reason I had to mull over my WA Blogging challenges at 3AM and consequently was late waking. Clear the Clutter in your Mind

I walked the Beach this morning. It is a routine for myself with 2 Westies in tow. I was overcome by the total peace around me. It was just a 'long-weekend' here and now all the Tourists have left the Island. I usually love this quiet and solitude but I was feeling the nagging pressure of lagging behind with my lessons with WA. My mind was repeating all the steps I should be taking and I had a guilt thing going on in my head as I was trying to justify 'Why' it wasn't happening for me...Sud
