Getting rank first page on google through google+!

Ok, so I was reading through "what the plus" e-book that Labman had suggested. So I've followed some advise that the author had suggested. I like all my pages through google+ and in seconds I'm rank in the first page. Not on my website but from my google+ page, but is link to my website hopefully I could get some click through.
