If you build it, they will come
Well, I just finished Course 3. I've carefully followed the steps, procrastinated just a couple things, but got them done eventually. My site is taking shape, but needs lots more content to be credible. I'm having fun with it though, doesn't seem like work at all.
The only bummer is I'm not getting any traffic. Like, nadda, zilch. I know I need to keep shaping the content and the clicks will come. But would love to log in and see just a few people have enjoyed my hard work?
Pressing on with Course 4, and planning to do the Bootcamp to start a WA affiliate site as well as my other site. I've had no sales yet to brag about, but I feel comfortable encouraging people to try the free content here and see what it's about. My first week was a massive learning experience and I'm looking forward to sharing that with others.

You're right, - eventually they will come. For consolation and and encouragement for you, I've created 3 sites in the past year, though they've been deleted by me now, - and they all received visitors almost immediately, much to my surprise and unpreparedness! However my new site has had no visits whatsoever, - even though it has way more content already than any of the others ever had. But I know they will come.soon enough.

Your site looks great. It's clean and loads fast. Your recipes sound delicious. Are you posting on Social Media sites? Pinterest comes to mind.
Hi S, thanks for your comments! I am posting to Google Plus but haven't set up a separate Facebook and Twitter account and still haven't dipped into Pinterest. For some reason, I want to separate it from my personal account(s). Admittedly, I'm having a bit of trouble coming out of the shadows. I've tried to make myself set up a new source of traffic each week. Last week I joined a Foodie discussion forum. This week... I'll figure something out. Thanks again, and best of luck to you!
