Odd indeed!, I have a similar problem having my IP address black listed and blocked for sending WA invites I think. I wrote a blog yesterday My IP is Blacklisted for e-mailing WA invites! You may want to check your ip address here https://www.whatismyip.com/blacklist-check/ as I did to make sure its no blocked on this list! Let us know your progress. William :)

There's a movement going on about this on YouTube called "Where's The Free Speech" due to similar problems that a lot of reviewers are having. Something needs to change or the greater community is going to find or found another site to work from instead.
