My $19 Premium membership is almost up and am broke from buying internet data

When i finally made up my mind to join WA as a premium member i was so happy! Now i feel sad, I have had to buy data everytimeIi logged on the internet to study and also improving on my websites and am not anywhere done but my $19 offer is almost up, what to do? I can hardly afford the monthly $49 nor pay yearly for now, basically buying data has run me down to the point of going broke, it is so damn expensive! I will not give up thou but I hope I will still be able to access my 2 websites so that I continue to improve on them till when I get money to renew my membership.
How do you guys do it, do you have free internet?
