Laid off. yayyyyyyy
Indefinite Layoff
Due to a fire in Japan at a company the makes the computers for cars, I am indefinitely laid off. Friday was my last day of work. While others were grumbling about unemployment, and having to fulfill the wives honey-do-list, I on the other hand was stoked, I can finally get time to kick this thing in the butt.
Since January it has been one thing after another, getting in the way of my journey to prosperity. On top of things going on, I am up 14 hours by the time I get home from work and doing all i can to stay awake.
This down time is the perfect opportunity to jump start my business and get it going in the right direction. I am not sad one bit I will be off a month or two. Its exactly what i need to break down this wall, and bust through to the other side.
My goal is to work this exclusively, while I am off up to 40 hours per week. And spring ahead. Finish training, look for new partners to affiliate with, create awesome articles, retrain my brain, get motivated, Nag site support, and do whatever I have to do. As I said before I"M STOKED !!
Time to slam this in gear and go for the finish line. What better way than to sit home on unemployment. I told the supervisor at GM, if they can stretch this out until September that would be perfect. The goal is to get free from employers, and work from home on my own terms !!! Time to Rock it out.
Best of Success to ALL, Mike

Thanks Dave. Just one thing after another since the new year, and long hours at work. Taking advantage of the time off

I can relate to your situation Mike. I decided to join WA when a company I worked for filed for liquidation and I was frustrated. But hey, as wise men say when a door shuts another one opens. I really like your point of view and your attitude. Attitude determines altitude. Wish you all the best.
Thankyou Ray, Unfortunately I have to go back monday. I wanted to dive into this 40 + hours per week for a month straight, and dive in deep while I was off. But got called back to work. Hard to get time to mess with it through the week, when working 6 days per week. Exhausted when i get home lately.
I am exactly in that situation Mike. For me its even worse because I have to travel a lot a lot in farms and rural areas with my agronomy work. But I just manage to work on my business not as much. My target is 2,5 hours per day but ummm its not achievable.
l guess I have to dribble sometime after work and during weekends.
I work where I can. Most days I am exhausted when I get home from work. And fall asleep.
