1st page of Google!

So I typed "Wealthy" into google (going to access WA) and the first thing to appear below the "top stories" bar is my article that I put on Google+ just 22 hours earlier!
Is this some sort of fluke, since google probably knows my devices?
Why does it say shared privately, when my profile and collections are public? (Google+ confuses me since I have 3 gmail accts).
Maybe this is suited for a classroom since I have questions, but I hope I can consider this a big success

If you are logged into your Google account, your G+ will rank very high, usually on the first page. If you log out and use the browser anonymously (clear cache) it probably won't show up.
This isn't to say that you are not going to be able to get some excellent rankings moving forward, that is the goal and what can and will happen.
