Website email - Problems sending emails.
Hi everyone.
on two occasions i have tried sending an email to a genuine person who has asked me a question through my website.
On both occasions i have not been able to reply through website emails and get the same message "Authentication Failed"
Does anyone know what this means and how to get around it?

Hi Mike,
When you say they asked you a question through your site - do you mean a comment? If its a comment - better to respond there so you have a conversation going on your site.
If you mean the internal site rubix email - I've come across connection issues at times and couldn't find a solution - try contacting site support if they can jump in to help.

I haven't come across this before, Mike, but I'd be interested to know what Site Support did to rectify the problem just in case it happens to me. Did they give you any feedback at all?

Hi Rich.
No - They sent a message in double quick time saying "try again now" - So I did and it worked.
It felt like something needed to be enabled from the WA end?
