5 Months at WA
Five Months at WA. Wow the time has flown.
I now have my own website which I am really pleased with, it has 24 posts and I love the look of my site. So what are the main things I have learned here since the start of January?
1. With help from Kyles training I would now be "comfortable" making another basic website which I find pretty amazing.
2. I am now sure that WA is the way to go both as an investment and for the community aspect.
3. My website is still very new, I now know how long it takes to make a webpage and post something that looks up to scratch - By now I wanted my site to have double the pages it has but things like "life" get in the way and writing information and making interesting content just takes so much longer that I had imagined!
4. It’s OK to learn from others, there are so many good people on WA who are happy to offer advice on my questions that may be simple and basic but they shoot the help out instantly.
5. I have SO much to learn which is exciting and for the 1st time in ages makes me want to learn new stuff.
6. My spelling and grammar are far worse that I thought!
7. Thanks to the inspiring stories of some of the people here at WA I know that with a bit of effort, time and determination that the only way is up!
Thank you everyone, it’s been a fun ride so far.
Mike.
Ps the photo is of my 2 best friends - One I have known for 50 years and one for 19 Months and I love them both with all my heart.

Congrats on your 5 month journey. Great progress.
It sure goes by fast. Doesn't it?
Have a great weekend,

The journey here is exciting and challenging I agree. Well done on your progress. All the best.
Good progress...it is indeed an exciting journey, isn't it? I love learning new things every day...which I'm still doing, though have been here nearly a year. Keep going -- you are doing great.
Well done, i am on level 2 of the training its getting quite hard to understand all the terminology, having never done any sort of web design before . its good to here that there is light at the end of the tunnel and i wish you all the best for your site .

Hi Warren,
The terminology is a bit daunting but its really just words. The training is easy to follow and is great bite size segments which really helps me!
Good luck!
