my editor tool bar is not working, I've tried all the options that are available, regarding tips from the forum but nothing seem to work. can someone help
Have you done any recent updates to your theme, plugins, or WordPress itself? What options have you already tried?
Hi Kathy
thanks for your concern, yes , i did updates the theme, and have tried other options from the forum on this specific editor tool bar issue.
This is a WordPress update issue and there are a number of discussion threads in the WordPress support forum. Maybe you'll find somethings you haven't already tried. This is one of the threads here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/main-editing-box-cant-work-after-wordpress-422-installed

Can someone help me with my editor tool bar, ?

I wish i could help. I have had the same problems for a while now and no solutions as of yet. Anxiously awaiting an answer. I think i may just try a new theme and see if that helps?
thanks, am still trying other options to get it fix, I've been working tirelessly on this for some time now, this is a technical issue which should have been address by the owners long time ago.
I agree 100%...some issues tech support wont even touch....from my experience.....sorry to say bu it is the MSG/feeling i'm getting. Have you tried to access your DNS to edit? TS "you do not have access to DNS here" (or at my registrar because i changed my name servers to point to the vendor)... Ok can you edit for me? :TS "we don't of offer that service here" I was not a very happy camper after those 2 answers. I only needed to add a small bit of text in my DNS edit to verify my site ownership for a vendor!!! There are other ways to verify, but it takes longer and a pain in the posterior. Thanks for the comment Mickey!
thanks
I've just send a ticket to support about my frustration, they've responded by directing me to do some couple of things which doesn't work.
Hi, silkdirect
Mike here, have you find any solution to the "one line editor tool tab yet "? If yes, what have you done ? could you please pass it on to me ?
Thanks
Hi Mike, a strange thing happened. The very next day after my comment, my editor was working perfectly. That was when some WP and theme updates were popping up. After each update prior to my comment I would check my editor and it still don’t work correctly and then out of the blue its back. I have no idea why. We had a term for it back when I was in telecom programming “P.F.M.” I hope you find a solution. I never tried changing my theme as I had mention I would try but it couldn’t hurt to give it a try.
Cheers, Don
