Here's one way to approach a niche
I know trying to find the right niche can be super hard, I'm still refining mine. If you are like me and want your website to be about more than just making money (and no, there's nothing wrong with making money!), then this short youtube clip might help.

I've heard something like this before. Two questions I've heard are: what did you love to do as a child and what would you do if money wasn't an issue. I love hearing people like him though so thank you for sharing.
I've heard those questions as well. Problem is, not many people want to pay me to pretend I'm a gangster and the tree in my back yard is a horse. :)
I was just talking about this with someone today! I have another business where I train people how to become entrepreneurs through random acts of kindness and this video nailed that message dead on. Awesome find, definitely bookmarking this one. Thank You Michelle!
