Thank you for the link... (maybe I'm trying to be a bit too smart about it) but was wondering how I can reach to audiences that I myself also don't speak the language. Currently I live in Asia and thinking about way to reach out to possible traffic from the region. People don't always speak English so wondering how I customize their experience on my website to their local context. Thank you!

The best way is to specify on a particular product and create a review for it, then link to the product.
Know that you will find orders appearing for you as credit but they have nothing to do on what you were pushing. This is because once cookie is set on the computer that clicked one of your links, he could go back to Amazon the next day and purchase anything for which you will get the credit. I believe the cookie is good for 60-80 days... or less if the computer owner goes and cleans out all the cookies in his computer.
