Your question did not go to Kyle in a private message. Instead you have posted this in a classroom where members can help out by answering questions they can. Thought you would want to know instead of being ignored.
Tried Google searching "how to find out if a niche is profitable" and was offered several posts offering great tips. This is how you can determine if either one of the niches you mention are profitable... before you even begin.
Also, there is a great tutorial here: Choosing a Niche to help you.
