One MUST Use Tool For Every Blogger(Increase Conversions).
Hi everyone, Michael here..
Are you tracking what your visitors are doing on your website?
Whether you're getting a fraction of traffic or LOADS of it, you should be tracking what people on your site are clicking on, why?
Not to get too deep, but what if your visitor clicks on a certain link or button?
- What if they click on a picture with no clickable link?
- What if they stay for a few seconds and then leave?
- How many pages are they visiting?
- What are they not getting?
- Etc.
You have to know your audience and know what your future customer(s) are searching for if you want to Maximize your conversions for a:
- Lead
- Sale
- and more
Real-time recordings are far more useful than just relying on Google Analytics(or whichever analytic tool you use) because you get to see what your audience is doing second by second.
This alone has Spiked up the conversions on my sites, and have allowed me to write content that may not rank in Google well but it's best for the user on a specific page.
For example:
If I really wanted to write a review on a product/service but the keyword was supersaturated, I could now do it with full confidence people will see it, how?
By watching my recordings I get to see where people are clicking and "Why" they are, allowing me to experiment and get the right resuts in the end.
Another more advanced example:
If you wrote a product review on a certain topic like best camera watches(stay with me here), and on Google Search Console you see your post ranking for "Similar" type keywords like Best Camera Watches reviews...
Then you can make a whole new post out of it, rather than just adding the keyword to the existing post...
And doing this gives you room to experiment "Where" people are clicking on your first post so then you can make adjustments for that second one and almost guaranteed 100% results.
It's a lot to explain without visual demonstration, but I hope you're getting the point.
So use tools like Hotjar, Crazyegg, and more to get you going.
Thanks,
Michael
