I Got a Little Lazy

So I Got a Little Lazy...
If you've been reading my posts here on WA, you know that I've been touting the great things I've been learning as I go through the Super Affiliate Challenge (SAC). Don't get me wrong, these things are still great, the danger is a little procrastination creeping in...
Last week, I pushed some tasks off thinking "no big deal, I can just do it later in the week because I'm doing so well with my time management". Sadly, things came up, as they usually do, and I found that I didn't have the free time I thought I would.
Now I'm a bit obsessive compulsive so when something is on my task list, it has to be completed or I add it to my list for the next week and, if I keep going at that pace, I'll find myself under a mountain of work that I simply can't dig myself out from under. This raises my stress level greatly.
To avoid this potential problem, I ended staying up until almost midnight on Sunday finishing up the two posts I had pushed off.
Now that I'm back on track, I'm trying to get ahead a little bit as I am flying to Alaska tomorrow to spend seven days at a friend's fish camp and fishing for halibut and maybe a little salmon.
I plan to do a lot of my article writing on the flights as I'll have nothing better to do but I'll have downtime as well at the fish camp so I should be good. I just want to be sure I don't fall into the same routine as last week.
Plans For The Rest of August and September...

I've found that if I don't write it down, it's easy for me to disregard it so here's to holding myself accountable...
I will continue my weekly tasks, as consistency goes a long way toward rankings and overall visitor satisfaction, but I will add the revamping of my WA promotion site.
I've finished my theme and page builder testing and will begin recreating my site, changing the look a little bit, and honing my overall main page message. The current page is just too much for many to digest and I think it deters people from looking deeper. Besides, I love the speed increase my test site saw compared to what I have now (yes, it was an apples to apples comparison as I had Site Support copy the entire site, plugins and all, to the test site) and I like that I can add motion effects to draw the reader's attention, etc.
The reason I'm giving myself through September is I've discovered that my theme or a plugin doesn't like when I turn on the page builder to start creating pages. That means I have to find the culprit and disable it as I work, so I'll need to do that at the slow times so it doesn't affect my visitors.
The other option is to create a whole new site and have Site Support copy it all over again (I deleted it when I was done testing things) and then move my domain to it once it's done. I'm just not sure if I'll run into any issues or if Google might detect duplicate content. That's why I'm leaning toward just working on the live site.
Now, if any of you have tips on how to do this more efficiently, I'm all for hearing them.
