I was accessing my website and noticed there is a new administrator existing.
Does anyone has this experience?
HOw did the person get access to my website to registeYou just need to prevent people from registering to your website. I do this in the comment moderation area: Customize Your Blog's Comment Moderation
Go to your website’ dashboard, then to ‘settings’ and make sure in ‘general’ that there is no tick in the box beside ‘membership’ where it says ‘anyone can register’. Then go to ‘users’ and delete the unwanted user.
Thank you.
I had thought the membership means visitors might wanna join my site as a follower......
Thanks again.
Alarming situation for all Webmasters till the time the reason is known and solved.
I am not sure but seems can be done by hosting company.

How do we get the big buttons for our website please:-
Buttons for what...social media buttons? the image you pasted isn't showing. Please clarify, and we can probably find you something to help :)
Hi!
Just realized it isn't showing.
BelieveItYes recommended plugin MaxButtons, going to give that a try :)
Thank you!
Oh, I am referring to the big buttons like the ones in WA - 'View Profile', Reply to comment.....
The buttons you see in WA were just how they coded their website. You won't be able to get that exact effect on your website. But it depends on what you want to buttons to do. There are MANY social media buttons out there. I've used one called SumoME which is good.
Go to Plugins > Add New and type "social media buttons" and a ton of plugins will pop up. Install one, try it, and if you like it keep it. If not, you can uninstall it, then try another.
Here's one example: How to Add Social Media Buttons on Your Sidebar

I use a plugin called MaxButtons, to create customized buttons
Cheers

I am wondering if anyone had use the free site long term?
At which point do we go on to have our own paying site?
Any difference if we are to continue to use the fre
When you are confident that you want to keep building out a website, then you should switch to a .com. The gain your website gets from the .com will far outweigh the cost ($11).
Sarah has your back as does Kathy but I would just add that of course if you own your own domain it counts as real estate you own it and you can sell it and it has more value than having a site Rubix site
Hi!
As far as I'm concerned, I didn't keep my siterubix site for long. I wanted my website to look more professional and decided to purchase my own domain.
I believe Kyle said siterubix websites can rank well on google as long as they have good content and use low competition keywords. But the reality is that a .com or .org will rank better than a siterubix.
I am not sure how long people keep their siterubix... I guess until they know they can actually earn money from a website and want to take their business to the next level.
Also I found it easier to believe in what i what doing and to work harder on my website when it became a .org
It made it more real. But I would say that one should keep their siterubix until they feel confident enough with WA's program and have had proof that they can earn money from it, even a few bucks
Here are some discussions on the subject!
Cheers =)
