A Year At Wealthy Affiliate
I had a notification and earned dedication badge today because I have now been here a whole year....
It took me by surprise if I am honest, it seems like only five minutes but boy have I learned a huge amount. When I tentatively found my way to Wealthy Affiliate looking for a way to earn an income online I knew nothing, not a thing, about building websites and earning money from them. Infact I still consider myself a technophobe.
I hadn’t realised I was about to embark on building websites when I first started but because it was free I did all of the free lessons and applied the lessons on my free website and before I knew it I was hooked and wanted to learn more.
I think I have forgotten how much I now know until I see questions from new people here and realise I know the answer and can help. That is not to say I know everything, I realise and am exited by the fact that I still have so much to learn and apply to my websites which I now consider businesses.
There is so much knowledge and information here beyond those initial lessons which set you up for building a real online business.
Thank you Kyle and Carson for creating WA and to Gary my sponsor and to all of my friends here that I have learnt so much from.
With Grace and Gratitude

Congratulations Karen!
I’ve only been here about a month and am working through the training. I still have a job so don’t get to put in as much time as I’d like but I’ll get there eventually.
I love the WA community and support, how else would I be able to talk to you in the UK!
Wishing you much success.
Happy Friday.

That is exactly why I love this place. It must be frustrating not to give it the time you would like but just keep going, there is no rush.
I wish you every success

Congrats on the year, Karen! Many people would have given up by now, so my hat's off to you, friend!
There was never any chance of me giving up. I’ve had my moments and frustrations but I don’t like to be beaten by things. Not everything goes right every time.
