Health Challenge Achieved in 48 Hours - Now To Maintain the New Normal
Hi everyone,
Health is Wealth.
I lost 6 lbs to get to my ideal weight.
More importantly, in the first 24 hour I dropped my Blood Pressure BP down to normal while on Meds so I stopped taking Meds, watched my BP rise to its new high normal w/o meds. Then in the 2nd 24 hours, I have dropped my BP to normal. Its been years since I have done that.
How did I do this?
Besides being very careful as to what I ate and drinking lots of water, yesterday I went on a very long walk on a nice sunny day.
With the first day's results being so good, I decided I needed to do it again today and this time I hiked up a tall hill.
I was excited to get home and check my BP and even more excited at the results.
As hard as that seemed to be to finally do, the real hard work lies ahead of me.
To eat ONLY healthy, nutritional food and drink water and only those natural juices that are healthy for the body and have no negative impact on BP.
I will journal everything I eat and drink on monitor my BP throughout the day.
I absolutely want to maintain control over this and improve the interior health of my body.
I couldn't have given myself a better present. :-)

That's brilliant, Mel, I'm really pleased for you!
Well done for making the effort to come off the tablets and bring your weight down, that's really good.
It's amazing how working online we can get very comfortable at our desk and the time quickly goes by, without exercise. This is a very good advantage of having a dog, we have to walk them, so in other words, I have to go out, which is good!
Have a great day.
Roy
I think this is a really good thing to do, Mel.
I have been fasting for the past 20 days, just eating once-a-day, but not large amounts. I've done this for the last four years in January.
Wishing you all the best and a great day.
Roy

I appreciate the share. It inspires me to continue with my own health goals for which I have seen benefits since I started.
I journal what I eat along with the exercise I engage in. I also incorporate ways of 'added exercises' into my daily activities - park farther away from entrances.
Keep up your health caring.
That's great to hear, Anna.
