Leader Help Others Reach Their Goals
Are you a good example to WA? are you a kind of leader who will sacrifice time and effort just for your sign ups earn first? I believe in a motto that says let your affiliate members happy so that everyone in the team will become happy.
I salute to those good person who coaches his or her teammates. As you being the person who was lucky enough that your site was chosen by somebody and become member here has BIG RESPONSIBILITY. It is not enough to let your sign ups crawl in this business going to success while you didn't even pay any concern to his needs. It is our responsibility to help them run their business, it is our responsibility to help them earn.
Be true to yourself and be committed to help one another, especially your down lines. Remember that this sign ups commit to become member of this community because of our sweet and promising marketing strategy.
When was the last time you say how are you teammate? how as your business going on? are you having a hard time building your business? if you don't do that? then you are in a business of competition and not in a helping community. I hope that this is not happening here. I know that this community is a helping community. We want everyone to be successful. We want everybody to become happy. So leaders, and fellow affiliate members, let us show concern to those persons and members within our circle of community. Let us be kind and generous to lend our time helping each other.
One of the very important point that I want to stressed out here is that Leaders, let us help our teammates reach their goals. By doing so, many members will be encouraged to work and promote because they experienced the best community in the internet world.

Good article ... that’s true ....a good leader makes a good follower in the community ...BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER ...this the most precious duty /job of a leader or to all anyone of us not only for the community but a duty as human being here on planet earth. I really like this blog Mervin. Wealthy Affiliate encouraged me from the moment I entered. I want everyone to know that I care for them and I want them to succeed, even more than I want to succeed. I love this Community! They are like family and each member who comes in is one of the family. I hope I am able to make them feel that way.

What a great article! This is a subject that I (we) sometimes overlook with my (our) busy lives.
The truth of it is that by helping others we find ourselves being helped as much or more than the other person.
I personally have been the recipient of fellow WA’ers encouragement. Early in the training I became discourage and made a comment that was ready to quite, Two members with long history here in Wealthy Affiliate (SondraM and RobertA) took up leadership role and encouraged me to continue. To these two and the hundreds of others who step up and encouraged me so much I must say “Thank You So Much”.
I have not been the best at creating content and posting regularly, but I can see progress. There is a very dim light now appearing at the end of the tunnel to success.

I certainly agree. Too many times marketers recruit for the $$ and never contact or rarely contact who they referred. They wait until they are asked. This is not a leader, instead they take the $$ for granted and the referred member that way. I believe the leader should check and see how they are doing and help them set goals and give motivation and encouragement.
Wealthy affiliate helps everyone with the training, motivation, encouragement through chats and comments and posts daily so maybe they think their job is done and do it only in group posts. The best leaders do a good balance overall!
hahaha that is going on here, but neglect the full responsibility as recruiter. we have to do all the possible things we can for us all to be happy.
