In today's doom and gloom. We can't help to be pulled into sapping the positivism of the world's mood! It is a reality, negativity is like the so called black hole that magnetized your energy and sapped it all clean and dry.

Wherever I look around I find people with so many thoughts of worries and feeling of distressed. I refuse to be taken by the whirlpool of such destructive energy. I am just like you, and me looking for the ways to make the world we live in a little better no matter how minuscule I could make it to be.

Being on the positive mental attitude makes a lot easier for me to perform on what is rational, right, good and beautiful. These are universal standard of positivism. So my friends stay close to people who feel like sunshine.

So here are the 3 ways to find people who feel like sunshine.

1. Avoid the negatives which by experience you know some of them already. Avoid them.

They are more than the infectious virus roaming around the atmosphere. These type of negativity destroys the mindset of hope and joy. I would say run away from them- subtly! Be gentle and polite. In the first place, you cannot find sunshine kind of people if you are in the folds of the tsunami kind of guys?! Get out of that group and so you would have the chance to see the kind of people you need. It is great for your mental health to being alone rather than having friends who talk about the number of deaths every day and saying they might be having contamination because their neighbors who came from China! It is wise sometimes to be alone so that you would have the availability to approach or be approach to the positive kind of people I called the sunshine friends! Look around you and look for someone who would walk with you towards the brighter tomorrow and not lead you to more typhoons, earthquake and long eclipse of the rational minds so to speak.

2. Be one yourself like sunshine. Start from within and with your family members. Teach

everyone how to think positively. First, if you believe that there is someone who could control evil things from happening, dwell on that, believe on that because we are talking about the Creator of everything. He is perennially the awesomeness of sunshine. How could you teach that if you yourself lack that conviction. Faith and belief. Well, it is not about religion, it is about you.

Your mindset must be rewired into authentic optimistic, hopeful mindset. How to do that. Practice makes perfect. Every day, we are besieged of choices between worries, doubt and fear. Why not once and for all actively change them from hope, faith and positivism. The truth is we think worse than what it really is! Overthinking makes you go crazy if you think of --- what if the virus is already sitting on my sofa? What if I have touched a contaminated door handle? What if I die of this virus? These are thoughts that could send you to mental asylum.

Do you believe when you are strong, brave and positive even our immune system becomes stronger rather than soaking your self unknowingly sometimes into fear, worry and doubt? Stand up and create positive remedies on things that could help you stay healthy. Like eat the right food that would enhance your body from succumbing to infection. Be active. Have exercise.

Spread smile and words that carries wight of love, hope and faith. Sunshine on your face is very conspicuous when your heart is genuinely filled with what is right, good and beautiful. The children easily are helped and influenced by the way you handle the challenges of life. For them you are the true superheroes. Be one.

3. Go where the sunshine people go, if nothing works and you are all alone left as if the only

sunshine left in your location, be strong. Keep going. Like the remote places of the world keep your hope alive. You are lucky keep it that way.

My refuge and one of the sources of my joy and positivism. As we said yet again, let us flock together because we are not that kind of angry and panicky birds.

We have the same mindset of positivism and always having that positive expectation and anticipation of something is going to be great somewhere in a not so distant tomorrow.
