Against All Odds

Hi there everyone! I have just finished Level 1 for the 2nd time and I must say that it was just what I was needed. You see, I stopped at Level 4 and something just didn't feel right with my site and I feel like I missed something so I had to go back.

It's taken me 10 months to get this far! SMH! I know you're probably shaking yours too. LOL. Words cannot describe how encouraged I am now! Sounds insane huh?

Why you ask? Real talk, the reason why is that it seemed all odds were against me (and still) is that :

Being an 18-year post stroke survivor, I didn't know that I would have a few learning obstacles at this stage of the game such as: attention deficits, concentration, and memory issues.

I even lost TWO MONTHS training time due to brain damage caused by "INFORMATION OVERLOAD!" That means I was here but I wasn't here. Know what I mean? I was literally in Zombie mode!

I started scratching my way out of this hole I had fell in, I learned to overcome these hurdles with a "Soldier Mentality" that kicks in when my back is against the wall. Challenges are temporary."

"A closed mouth don't get fed! What really tripped me out was that one of my "friends" who I had "welcomed " to WA not too long ago, maybe a week earlier. He answered one of my questions!! That did something my soul!

I was soo encouraged by that one little gesture of kindness because he doesn't know the impact that he had made.

So, in conclusion my dear friends whenever the odds seem to be against the you in your personal life , remember "challenges are temporary " and they make us stronger.

"Wisdom comes through experience." There is always a solution, you just have to walk in Faith and search it out.

In your business life, one of the biggest challenges for you to rule out is YOU!

For some strange reason, many(myself included) are nervous about asking for help. I was like that and didn't ask questions. I didn't get very far, but I did learn a lvaluable lesson: "A closed mouth don't get fed!

So please feel free to ask for help. A lot of these Ambassadors, and top heads here at WA started just like us. Some have had a little experience and some didn't. I personally don't care about their backgrounds; I'm just appreciative and thankful for them.

I felt to write a post of this nature because I just made a bunch of awesome new friends.

Thank you so very kindly for reading! Hope it helps.

See you at the Top my friend!

Sometimes you just have to go back and go other the material. There is a lot to get a hold on especially if it's all new.

I know right! Ya know Steve. I believe that it's better this time around even though I didn't skip a step the first time.

See ya at the TOP!

Thanks for sharing, J. Lee. I'll meet you at the top.
