I do not use this as much as I should, nowhere near it, and the value of just having a sounding board, of real live people in our profession, WOW, just that factor alone, will keep your mental health in order! Whenever I get overwhelmed with every little new app or new this comes out, I just hop on here, and just breathe. Interacting with other people's debacles and successes will help you figure out your own. That alone is worth the membership to me. My opinion only.
