I bought my website 3dbuster.com. Then I went to transfer it over to W
how do I work on them without WA like with wordpress I really just want to transfer everything over from my site rubix address
Are you able to FTP into them? - It may be a permissions thing. I would contact support, they're very good and quick to respond
On your domain management screen. If you click on "details" for the domain. It will show you your FTP details. It may be best to search for a tutorial on FTP as you will need an app like "filezilla" on your desktop. Once you get on it - you can download and upload files to your Wordpress file system and check the file permissions.
k thanks lucas I will most definitely try that route, it feels like Ive tried everything else haha
Mickey I wuold contact site support. Even tho theDomain name registration can't be transfered to WA probably due to the 60 day rule you should be able to point your DNS to WA and access your site
