b. Aerobic exercise helps to ensure lower blood pressur

c. Aerobic exercise helps to burn body fat

d, Aerobic exercise helps to ensure lower blood sugar level

e. Aerobic exercise helps to reduce inflation, bloost mood and rise "good" HDL Cholesterol level.

f. Combined weight, it can lower "bad" LDL Cholesterol level too.

Over the long aerobic exercise reduces your risk of heart diseases, stroke, type 2 diabetes, brest and colon cancer, depression, and falls.


@ Strength Training:

At this level of exercise, you can take part in strength Training. Strength builds back. Regular take part in strength training will help you more confident and capable to do daily tasks with full attention. In your each day's work like groceries, gardening, lifting havier objects around the

strength training help you stand up from a chair, get up off the floor, and go up stairs.
Strength training is not only good to make you stronger but also good for your bone growth. lower blood sugar, assist in weight control, improve balance and posture, reduces stress and pain in lower back and joints

According to the Physical trainer's perspective you may design strength program for two or three times at Gym, at home or, at office. It will likely include weight exercise that are squats, push-ups, and lungs and exercise involving resistance, from a weight, a band or a weight mechine.
