SiteRubix Site Comments - Language preference could be interesting!
Hey guys,
Just want to share a situation that just happened to me few minutes ago. I went on the Site Comments platform to offer some comments. The first post I had to comment was OK, no problem there. I was able to send my comment easily.
The problem happened with the next post I had to comment. The post was in Espanol!! I don't even know a work in this language :-) At first, I was a bit surprised. I was thinking I may have checked a box in the preferences related to that, but I have seen nothing about language preference.
I really sorry for the member that created this post, I wasn't able to comment... I had to skip it and go to another one.
I think adding a language preference option on the Site Comment platform, but also on the Feedback platform, could be great! Personally, my main language is French and I'm quite comfortable in English. I wouldn't have a problem offering comments for French post. In this sense, I created a blog on the WA platform for those who would like to have comments in french :

WA is worldwide and every member should be able to have access to help in their language. I'm not saying to translate the WA platform in every language, but maybe, just adding some options to have a better acces to help woulb be fantastic.
I would be curious to ear your thoughts about that.

Yes I would agree but there are plugins you can get that will translate any language that you can use through Word Press all the best Max
Great idea, Maxwealthy. I've actually had a similar experience with the site comments, but just assumed it was a glitch. Thank you for this post. I guess next time I should say something about it. :)
