Hey guys,
I have a very frustrating problem. I host podcasts on my website and every time there is an update, the podcast disappears from the page until I manu
An interesting question.
I get frequent emails telling me that my site has auto updated. I assumed that was the default setting. I certainly don't recall ever having had to decide. Maybe it was too early in my learning and just "did it" subconsciously.
I certainly don't have a plugin that does it.

There's a plugin in WP called "Advanced Automatic Updates."

Just add an appropriate picture on the right where you edit your blogpost, it says add featured image, make sure all pictures are of the same size for every post, at least 200x200
they don't have to be square, 200x300 is allright too

I followed Marcus's training here Still Got Problems? and it helped a ton but now I have this issue and not sure how to fix it?

None of your pictures are loading correct, what size you have put them on? I renewed the page several times.
The best size for pictures is about 300x300
no matter what size i make my featured images, they all show up huge in my blog roll. how do i fix this?

Yes, you can.
First you will need to set up an email forward:
Tommy's video: How To Create New User and Personal Email On Website or
Kyle's video: Creating Email Accounts & Email Forwards for Your Website After you have the email address set up for your website
Then you will need follow the instructions at the iPhone site
