Autoresponder is the best way to deliver your content on organised and planned bases. Autoresponder send your emails according to the events that you determine.These events could be a subscription to your list or a click on a special link on your site.

How does it work ?

It works due to a conditional rule that you set.For example: if visitor "A" clicks on a link , an automatic email is sent directly to him.Of course, this automatic email conveys your written message to this visitor.

What is the best time for using Autoresponder ?

When you have a series of pre-written texts that you need to send them to your subscribers on regular basis either daily or weekly.

Could you give me examples ?

1- When one of your website visitors sign up for your newsletters,so you send him a message to thank him for his signing and tell him what he will receive from you.

2- When one of your website buyers buy a product or a service,so you send him a message to thank him for his transaction and provide him with the details of his transaction.

3- When someone of your visitors or buyers complains about something and he sends his complain to your support department,so you have to send him an automatic message to tell him that you have received his complain and will answer it later.
