Even More Online Marketing
I'm slowing down a bit on my website because I've become involved in another online marketing project--this time importing a product and selling it with fulfillment by Amazon. I've been negotiating with the manufacturer in South Africa for the last month, and will be flying down next week to pick up the product and bring it back as accompanied luggage. This is definitely not the normal way to acquire product for an online business, but once I've determined that the product will sell (at a trade show in August) it can be shipped to the USA the normal way.
Once I get the product back (assuming I don't get a Lufthansa pilot who succumbs to depression) I will have lots to do--including building another website of my own for the product and a page for Amazon. It's an exciting (if somewhat crazy) endeavor, but I've done my homework, and if I passed up this opportunity, I know I'd regret it later.
