One month and counting!
Hi. I have been here on WA for about one month. I am only able to work on it part time, as I have a full time 45 hour a week job, but I am committed to making this work! The training has been amazing, spoken from a technology challenged middle age mom who still has to call her son when she wants to use the 10 year old DVD player.....yikes!
One of the things I really respect about this site is that they do not make any unrealistic promises...you have to put in the time and energy if you want this to work. I plan on doing just that, and am looking forward to getting through the training, feeling more confident in my skills, and focusing on the actual content and focus of my website, www.fitnessforyoungandold.com. I am hoping to help all of those "regular" people out there who are looking for ways to add fitness to their lives. I want share my experience over the past 25 years and also try new things, so I can hopefully give some guidance to anyone who wants to start, or upgrade their fitness routine. That is my goal. And if I can make some extra income along the way, all the better!!

lol, being technically challenged is rough. However I looked at your website and was impressed. You have good info, broken up into spaced paragraphs, and it is easy to follow. You are well on your way.
Terryellen, thanks for your feedback. I am excited to keep moving forward. And 5 4-legged furbabies....yikes! I have 2 that keep me busy now that the 2 legged babies have fled the nest. best to you in your journey!
Thank you divadejunk....by the way I grew up in a house with a ghost...my mom and I knew it, my dad, not so much!
Yes, isn't it great, it's like no other place I've seen and I've seen quite a few forums.
I think they need to post your etiquette in my gym!!!! My fitness tomorrow was to be a "Spring Hike" I hear now we will wake up to 6-10 inches of white stuff. Nothing by NY standard, but to VA total chaos.
Yeah, etiquette needs to be posted at most gyms!! and I think you guys in VA are getting way more white stuff than we have up here in the great white north this year my son is in Fredericksburg and he is amused at how everything stops with a couple inches of snow and my daughter is in Long Island and they don't know what to do with all the snow. Their winters have been worse than way up here...global warming?......go on that hike anyway!
That's funny. I have a daughter in Long Island and I live just north of your son in Stafford. Small world. Well, VA is now officially closed down. :-)
