Who like Gooseberries?

Just this morning, I'm not quite busy so I have some spare time to visit a fruit store, near my flat. Surprisingly, caught my attention, a small pack of gooseberry with an expensive price tag. Why I'm astonished? In my country, since I was a raised in a suburb, this fruit is rarely eaten, it grows in a sugarcane farm, corn land and rice land, wildly grow as weeds.

Amazingly, Gooseberry, a plant native of tropical America has so many varieties and uses, in this photo, is a golden gooseberry. Research studies had shown it is effective as anti-cancer, antioxidant, anti- inflammatory, protects our liver, regulate sugar of diabetic person, antibacterial, rich in fiber and high in Vitamin C.

Researcher also warned that consuming a lot may cause an acidity because of its high Vit. C content, while Indian gooseberry is thought to cause bleeding tendencies because of its blood thinner properties, rarely allergies to some people.

Would you tell me now, who likes gooseberry? I'm planning my holiday, hoping to find a bushy gooseberry at our farm.
