You are sending from @cloudvapor.fr to @gmail.com. Gmail might block such requests.
Try to send to your own email.
If that doesn’t help:
Try change the port to 567 and Encryption to TLS. I see that SMTPAutoTLS is on, which means that it tries TLS which is supported by the server.
I have no idea how to do that. Mind describing what to do? I got into my email, but now I cant send to a gmail or to my other webmail.

I think it means that when you tried to verify your account with WA to access webmail, the email you used didn't go through. I'd contact site support if this persists.

Have you checked the pixel size for the header? The image may be the wrong size.

Yes I have tried to adjust it and: 1. it still will not upload or 2. the action says I require a mouse to crop the image and I am working from a laptop, I did not actually think I would have to get a mouse would I?
Have you tried our very own WA Site Content? You can find it in the main menu, "Websites", then "Site Content". You can write and load free or what you called usable non-copyrighted images too. Give it a try. All the best.

it is probably because you do not have the SSL certificate turned on. Go to Websites, Site Manager and then the details box at the bottom right hand side. Then scroll down and ensure that SSL is marked on.
Googles wants all sites to be Https.
If it is not this, then contact the help centre.
