Hi Mark,
If you're using Firefox on Windows7 ... that'll be your issue. Try using Opera Opera Browser Works Well on WA! that works best for me.
Though I did not get a prompt like you stated. My trying just didn't work, period. It was though the options were not even linked to anything ... which they are.
