A Shout Out For Site Support
I asked a question today because I was having difficulty in entering a licence key and then activating a plugin in my wordpress back office.
No matter how many times I tried to enter the licence key, I got a message on the plugin dashboard within wordpress saying that communication had been lost temporarily and to try again when it had been restored.........frustration, cul de sac, disappearing down a black hole, call it whatever you like but I wasn't getting anywhere.
So, I decided to ask the good people in the WA community.
Very quickly I had some very credible ideas about the possibility that the plugin itself may not be compatible with WA hosting but to send support a ticket if the situation didn't rectify itself soon.
Well it didn't, so I did.....send in a ticket that is!
I got a quick response asking me for some further info, like my email address and licence key code and hey presto, they sorted me out almost instantaneously....plugin installed and activated with the licence key entered and all now good to go.
I just wanted to show my appreciation of the support team here at WA and to further impress upon members here the brilliant value we get in with our membership.
Thanks again to those who responded to my question, and many thanks to the team who resolved my issue.

Yes, they are very quick to respond.
The only problem I ever had with SiteSupport was when I had lost my website from the SiteRubix dashboard. Then they didn't know what to do and stopped responding but said they had passed it on to Carson, who didn't message me for ages. So then I sent a PM to Kyle who sorted it all out for me.
Reminds me of the old Blondie song Marcus, "One way or another"...... you go there in the end.

Kudos Mark, oftentimes people get the help they need, and never think of coming back and thanking the members who have helped in their success, it leaves one wondering,

Even if we didn't have this paying forward mentality, which of course we do, I'd always thank those who have helped me.......we both know it's just the right thing to do.
