I've never had that issue, but if you're using very specific long tail keywords it's possible that it's having trouble creating relevant keywords that are similar.
Thanks but even short ones are having the same issue. Not sure if it's just me but I never remember the suggestions to be so limited before and thought that maybe some settings changed when I upgraded

I use the pro version of jaaxy I have never had this problem I would contact Kyle or Site support and tell them about this.
I have been using jaaxy for years and this has never happened to me

Site Support is for when your site is having technical issues. I don't think they have anything to do with Jaaxy.

Are you sure that number is not the total of internal links throughout your and NOT your home page?
Another thing to consider is if you have your home page set with your blog roll, each blog counts as an internal link.
If you have a sidebar widget that has links to your latest posts, those links are also internal links.
No blog roll and yes just the home page.
All pages have a similar number of internal links but the home page has the most.
Also no widget, it is more like the site map is linked to each page (I have checked and it is not)
So that is why I am stumped. Thanks for the advice though.
these are internal links and they apply when you write an article and then link it to another article on your site or another page. They are useful both for internal navigation and SEO. And, no you haven't set anything up incorrectly
