For example: one banana, a handful of organic spinach or mixed berries, mango and kale. Add clean, pure water (not tap) to your desired consistency.Mix in a blender and drink slowly.

Hi Izi,
Yes i understand that chlorophyll will not associate with water. When you find those little bottles of extracted chlorophyll in health food stores, it is a tincture solution (mix with alcohol) or a vegetable glycerin mixture. You being the expert in biochemistry... What do you think about using Coconut oil. It is probably the healthiest oil I can think of. The drawback is that it get solid even at room temperature. May be Hemp seed oil?

chlorophyll is insoluble in water , I wonder if we can find a healthy oil to mix with chlorophyll then color our food naturally ! :)

Great information...Thanks.

Every morning I have:

* Kale
* Pineapple
* Mint Leaves
* Ice Cubes
* Water

Blend it up and enjoy!
Tastes great too!

Cheers!
Jay
