Hello all !
Here is something that works nearly every time for me. It might work for you as well. Trying never hurts.
If you are stuck in any way, don't know how to express your thoughts, can't structure a specific sentence, can't see your own typos, out of neat ideas, don't fight to sweat and tears, leave what you are doing for an hour or two and don't think about it. Let the Universe take care of it. Even better, go to your nearest green place: park, river, creek & do some jogging / biking / jumping / etc.
I find that after being in nature alone and diverting my thoughts / energy into physical activity, writing struggles automatically resolve themselves and I find myself hurrying to my laptop to jot down everything what Universe just told me. See how it works for you and tell a bit about it.

Thank you Margarita. I find meditating and visualizing my happy place which are gardens with birds, water etc., has the same effect. Not just the visual images but the sounds and smells too so that I could very well be in a real park. It's wonderful to be able to do this.
