Hi Lucinda, could you list the low scoring items that are listed underneath Page Speed and YSlow?

I am not at all technical so sorry if I sound stupid!! I have attached a screenshot of the results from the P3(Plugin Performance Profiler), I don't know if you can tell from that. Otherwise I can send you a list of the items that I believe are low scoring - are these the ones under "priority". Thanks for your help.

it's okay, I just tested your site on GTMetrix myself. There's a whole bunch of things listed which are a problem. Taking a look at them, I would have thought that the plugins I suggested you install should have sorted these issues out. Are you sure you set them up correctly?

For example, for Autoptimize plugin, did you enable all the settings on the main settings page as it explains here: Install Autoptimize Plugin Similarly, with the WP Fastest Cache plugin, did you you tick all the options as shown here: Install WP Fastest Cache Plugin

I have gone through your training again and followed it very closely - did all the right things. Still not a good result. I will go through the next part you suggest which is to disable all plugins and enable each one and retest. i will see how that goes.
