Onwards and upwards! Don't want to look back.
I have no regrets with joining Wealthy Affiliate. Did I think I'd have regrets? Well - the thought did cross my mind. Of course I was nervous when I first started - But I pulled the trigger anyway!
Not too long ago, I invested in another business venture which resulted in me losing quite a bit of money. What was really frustrating about that was that I really (genuinely) did put in the hard work, but the organisation I invested in did not deliver on their promises.
Was it a scam? I don't believe so. I think it was plain bad luck and bad timing for both myself and the organisation. I say this because when I argued that they did not deliver, they did refund some of my investment back. Yes - 'some' - so I still lost quite a bit.
Did that stop me from trying to be my own boss one day? No - I took it as a lesson learned. Some could argue that it was a very expensive lesson and that's probably true.
Now, I'm here trying this out, and so far I'm really enjoying it.
I just launched my first website a few days ago ( www.kidsgiftideas.net ). Now, I will admit that I did jump the gun by focusing a lot of putting my website together without doing it alongside the training. Do I wish spent more time on the training whilst I was putting my website together? Definitely! But I believe I'll recover. It ain't over till it's over.
The experience at Wealthy Affiliate has been fantastic so far. My most favourite part about Wealthy Affiliate is that it is a community of people like me, so I am really glad I'm here.
I've also watched my rankings go from 5 digits to 4 digits and I'm proud to have helped a few people already.
It's nice to see progress :)

I stopped by your website. It looks like you are off to a great start with it! All of the links that I clicked worked great! Have you considered adding any pictures? I used to have my kids help me pick out the gifts that we would give to each other (4 kids), cousins, and friends. Maybe pictures would help keep people shopping on your site for a little longer. Just a thought.
It reads well though and you sound friendly, like a site that I would add to my bookmarks and want to shop through. ; )
Looks like you are well on track Marco, there is such a deep well of knowledge here at Wealthy Affiliate we can all learn and at the same time help each other out it must be your time to shine.
