I didn't realize I can't add a blog post from your website to my WA Blog so I've had to go through and delete all my blog posts. They were all posts I added to my website and then here too. So now they are all gone from my WA Blog. Good to know for furture reference.
For anyone else who is interested, here's where I found there rules. Good to review.
