hi I was watching Jay's webinar,
Currently, items in your menu lead to the same page. "Home" and "best joint supplements for dogs" both go to the same place.
If you can remove the "home" in the menu, do that. If not, remove the "best join supplements for dogs" from the menu. It's enough to call the page that title, and have the menu item say "home".
Other pages you can add to your menu via custom menus, or add to the sidebar with a page widget, it depends on what you want. You can call them the name of your keyword, but sometimes they are too long so you need to find a similar phrase that's shorter.
Right, I understood that from your original post. I just mean that there are TWO menu items going to your home page at this point.

here is a great menu training by Kyle from Bootcamp: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/wa-affiliate-bootcamp-content-keywords-and-conversions
Also, this one by myself works good with that one as well: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/using-categories-to-enhance-your-menu-bar
