I'm in the process of looking for a theme. I browsed several of the over 2000 themes and selected one but it says I have to pay $99.00 for it. I can't afford to spend $99.00 on
I chose a free one from thousands. You have the option to browse a plethora of themes with Wordpress. ericcantu has given clear instructions on that below.
When you go to your dashboard and to Appearance>Themes>Add New you'll find there are thousands of free themes you can choose from :)
