How do I keep my images from being stolen?

I'm in process of creating how-to posts for ballet and I want to include my own demonstration images. What do I do to mark them as belonging to me? I don't want to find them on someone else's website.

Facebook pages

I created a Facebook page to go along with my artsincolton.com site. The page is Arts in Colton as well. I don't love Facebook and I'm really clueless as to what to do with the page. If I drop down to premium what do I lose access to. I know I lose the live chat, but what else? Seeing $47 leave my bank every month is my greatest stumbling block right now. I jumped into Premium inside of my first 7 days. I assumed that I'd have something coming in by now to help manage the fee but now I know that's not how it works.
