I am using the Mailchimp contact form widget and it's currently showing only on my sidebar which is hidden if you don't click on the main menu icon. I would like
Contact form is usually found on a link on the main menu. You can certainly put it in a side widget if you wish and Mailchimp should provide the coding to put it there. Grab the coding for the contact form then paste it in a HTML widget on your sidebar.
It's the same as this basically but get the code from Mailchimp: Making Promotional Use of Your Sidebar You could find stuff like this in the WA Search Bar at the top of this page. :)

Usually the site has a tutorial on it. I used Aweber and they had all the instructions on aweber.com so I would think Mail Chimp would do the same.
