Be Comfortable in Your Own Skin
Each time I follow a fellow WA member, I try to make time to check out their respective profile as well. More often than not, I get intimidated for a number of reasons-someone has a way with words, someone has a number of websites, someone is well-established...you get the drift. As a reassurance to myself and to many who might be feeling the same, I decided to write this blog post to highlight the fact that we should all be self-aware. At the end of the day, you are living to make yourself happy, and that can only be done when you accept yourself as you are and work with what you have. Find your strengths, work on your weaknesses, move at your own pace and don't be hard on yourself.

You make such a great point! When I was doing counseling regularly, I saw so many clients with low self esteem. They were their own worst enemies. You have to be comfortable with yourself and build up your confidence if you want to succeed.
Hi, thank you! I always wanted to be a counsellor, but I was told not to take it up 'cos I do not have the personality fit for it, I get too emotionally involved. That's true, must remember that.
That is a great article. I am still intimidated at times and have been here over three months. Keep progressing with the training. If you need some help, ask. Explain what you are having issues with and people will respond. Thanks for posting. Debbie

Well lets see,first we were all new at sometime. And as we learned we progressed and became more knowledgeable. If you look at the blogs and go back and compare the first few blog post too their current level of writing, post, graphics and on and on, you will see everyone has improved.
That is why I always say this is a journey and not a destination. Each year as we learn and grow we become more proficient in what we do.
If you were going to take up ice skating, you would not think you would qualify for the Olympics the first year. Learning is a process, knowledge is a process.
Enjoy the journey, IM is the most exciting business in the world. What else could you do that with a few key strokes you are talking to people around the world? Or at the push of a button you have a blog launched.
There is nothing like this business, so once again enjoy, learn, ask for help when you need it.

Great advice Mahevash . Working from our center is the key to our success . Trying to be like , or act like someone we are not, will bring countless problems in life .. Any skills that we see at WA is a learn-able skills that can be developed. Besides how much beauty we bring when we are being ourselves . Only we can be us , with all of our great life experiences .. Excellent point. Also just remember that when we started at WA we were the same as you. All the work was ahead of us and everybody else seemed to know so much more. However, you just need to use that to your benefit and be active in the community as we are all here to help each other succeed.
I know, but looking at you guys' sites it's hard to believe that! This is the reason I signed up for a premium membership-everyone is truly helpful!
Privacy policy page was the first I published. I don't have children but creating that page feels to me like it's my firstborn baby. lol. I'm so proud of it.
Expect to have many moments of joy as you reach milestones.
Excellent post and I get the same feelings as you, so you are not alone.
But like you said, be self-aware and know that you need to accept yourself and go at your own pace. I have to remind myself of that a lot.
Also, each of us brings something different to the table, we all have our own way of approaching the same thing. Sometimes it helps me to remember that.

But anyway you have to work on yourself and on your item what you are creating.
Hi your site is pretty much complete imo, it only needs some tweaks, for eg, the six points you listed should have a more relevant heading.
