Site Support, please take action!

Hi Carson, Kyle and Site Support (if there is any), please respond to my issue. I opened a ticket a week ago, requesting backup data for my website's content. Carson replied super quickly (thank you) offering to use the Updraft Plus plugin. Although before this when I wanted to move any of my websites away from WA, I was provided with a file, not sure why that's changed.

Anyway the plugin worked wonderfully for every steps, except the Uploads content. I reported it back. In reply I was asked for the size of the file, which is under 150MB. I provided the information. It was a week ago. Nothing ever since. I tried to get responses with further messages. Nothing.

My membership is expiring and then I will have no access to support or anything here, so please give me access to my files or make the plugin work properly on your servers.

Every time you hear something different about the same issue.

Thank you for sharing. Sorry to hear you are having issues and are leaving WA.

I have been here on WA for a few years on and off and I have never had any issues.

Recently the only issues I have noticed is with Site Support. I haven't needed them for anything lately but I have seen many members complaining.

I agree it should be much better and it's getting under my skin. Site Support used to be so good and I'm really surprised this happened.

I have recently sometimes have had issues with my websites being down due to WA's servers but they have been working fine for the last couple weeks.

I do hope things improve here in that respect and regarding Site Support. I recommend you contact Kyle via PM or on his WA profile.

He always responds quickly and within a few hours so I think that will be your best option and may be the only way to get what you need done.

Thank you. Site Support is not the reason I won't renew my membership, but I need them to let me move my websites.

I can't wait too long, because once the membership expire I will not have access to anything. Not even support.

Yes thank you. I received the first reply from Carson, then one from someone else (no signature) and then big nothing. So if Carson is aware of the issue then I don't see the reason to bother Kyle, because it will end up on Carson's table anyway.

WA has been declining for years now. It used to be absolutely the top. Been member for 10 years. It's not offering anything after a certain level, in fact, it's devolving. Now I just need my website content so I can move on.

I'm with you. Site support used to be awesome, but now I feel it's declined drastically. I noticed no one that you addressed at the beginning of this post has responded...that says quite a bit to me.

The only reason that I can think of is WA getting so much more traffic and not having enough hands around

I doubt that. WA had been declining or going flat at best for a while now If they are too busy, it's because they get too many tickets because there are more problems with the hosting, than before.. Still nothing. Big silence from Support.

Nope. Nada. Zero. Nill. But I figured it out on my own so it doesn't matter anymore. Still, this is not an acceptable service a paid membership should receive (or not receive).
