Hi Carson, Kyle and Site Support (if there is any), please respond to my issue. I opened a ticket a week ago, requesting backup data for my website's content. Carson replied super quickly (thank you) offering to use the Updraft Plus plugin. Although before this when I wanted to move any of my websites away from WA, I was provided with a file, not sure why that's changed.
Anyway the plugin worked wonderfully for every steps, except the Uploads content. I reported it back. In reply I was asked for the size of the file, which is under 150MB. I provided the information. It was a week ago. Nothing ever since. I tried to get responses with further messages. Nothing.
My membership is expiring and then I will have no access to support or anything here, so please give me access to my files or make the plugin work properly on your servers.
