Website Hosting
I have a potential client with a existing domain and website. The website is awful so we have agreed it is best to start again. I would like to build a new site on WA but have two problems. For the first 6 months I have agreed I will make all required website updates (for a fee) after that client has requested access to do it themselves - How can I achieve that without them becoming members of WA? If I get around that problem the current website (and hence the new website) links to approx 80 pdf documents of approx 500kbyte each. Do I have sufficient storage capacity here a WA (premium member). Any input gratefully received.

You can create the website here and transfer it another hosting service in 6 months time at the point where the client needs access. If you're offering this kind of service on a regular basis you might want to get a reseller account or at least affiliate with one of them. There's an 8meg limit on an individual file on the hosting here, so 500kb is no problem, many images are larger than that. 80 x 500kb is only 40meg in total. You can upload pdfs directly to the Media tab in WordPress so they can be added to a page or post as clickable images for visitor download. Hope this helps! Rich.
excellent - thank you
