Getting back on track
I have to admit, I was getting a little fed up with this whole online marketing/affiliate business, and my computer in general. I wanted to just throw the darn thing out the window. I think I was spending too much time in front of it, forcing myself to move at an all-of-my-free-time consuming pace. It was not until I stepped away for a couple of days that I realized that this is not a race. I know I need to focus and get this going, but I can do it at a reasonable pace. Being the instant gratification society that we have become, I was wanting things to happen quickly. But I know I still have lots of work to put into it. Working hard to keep working hard and not give up......

Well said Lynn, perseverance is key. The WA community is there to help pull you through the tough times when you feel like giving up. Many fine examples on here of why you shouldn't!

Hey Lynn, I know how you feel and boy have I've been there especially in the beginning stages. It's tough not knowing what is ahead.
If we knew how the story ends we wouldn't be too worried about anything.
You hit the nail on the head, instant gratification and wanting things to happen quickly, it will happen if you stay committed and take daily steps.
I think we as a society want instant gratification because we see movies where people achieve things in 2 hours or less and the reality is, it took them time to achieve their goals.
Just like with weigh loss, you can't lose 20 pounds in one day, lol.
Great blog and I think a lot people can relate to what your saying and feel.
