Question about Sassy social share

I have two websites, I am using Sassy social share with one of them. I would like to use it for the other website too, but I'm getting an error message I don't understand.

This is what its telling me,

Installation failed: Destination folder already exists. Does this mean I can only use it for just one website? I've tried to reload it several times but always get the same message. It says its compatible with my theme.

Any suggestions on what to do?

I talked to Site support, they fixed the folder trouble. Then the buttons wouldn't work, so I contacted them again and they told me to talk to the plugin people who made Sassy social share and have them fix the glitch in the program.

I want to thank you guys for taking the time to answer this message and let you know that I appreciate it very much.

This trouble will get fixed as soon as I hear back from Sassy social share, so there's no more need to answer this message or reply to this anymore.

Thanks again,

Lynne

If still unable to fix, I suggest to check with sitesupport.

Hi there,

That means that the Sassy social share plugin folder is already in your wp-content/plugins folder on the site on which you are trying to install it - which implies that it has already been installed.

If that is the case you should be able to see the plugin in your Plugins page, so take a look there.

If you cannot see it there, then you will need to delete the Sassy folder from your wp-content/plugins folder, which you can do with FTP.

If you're not comfortable with doing that, ask Site Support to delete it.

But first, check to see whether you can see the Sassy plugin on your plugins page.

Cheers,

Martin.

Thanks, Martin

I don't see it on my plugins page and I don't know how to remove it from the folder, so I guess I'll have to talk to site support.
Thanks again.
