My Website has been hacked

Hello WA friends.

I got an email saying that my website has been hacked. I wrote a ticket to Site support. Do you Know what others steps I can take? Site support says I need to give them a user name .

I am so nervous and panic that I can not think what my user name is or where I can find it

Please help! I will be very greatfull!

I am very grateful to all those that responded to my request for help, when I received the email saying that my website was hacked.
For ten to fifteen minutes I could not think or figure out what to do. I had to go to the supermarket to work in half an hour. So I reach out to the wonderful Wealthy Affiliate family and went to work, hoping to find a helpful answer by the timeI return.

Yes, Hackers don't often e-mail you so just have site support do a security check, change your password, and check does not pay them anything. A real hacker will change your home page and put information to send bitcoin to them to stop future attacks.
