It is Your Birthday

It is my grand daughter's birthday today. So this morning after working on my website and my training for a little while I decided to go to my daughter's house and bring a birthday card to my grand daughter. Because of the Covid-19 I am not able to go inside the house so from the distance I placed a card on the steps of the house and call her on the telephone to tell her I have come to wish her a happy birthday. ' It is your birthday today' and I am sorry I am not able to give you a hug and a kiss as we usually do on this very special day. I was not there five minutes when it started to thunder, lightning, and rain, and the wind blowing. She was so scare that a lightning was going to strike me . She asks me to go back inside my car right away. I had to returned home. The rain was so heavy I had to stay inside the car until it stop.
What to do Next
I went up stairs to my home and started to write this post about the incidents I had today. I have not done any of my lessons for two weeks. It is one of those times that I get stuck and no matter how I tried I am not able to figure out how to do my tasks. So I skipped that lesson and went to the next one . At lease, I felt I wash accomplishing something.
To my surprise it was a continuation of the links' lesson. I should have done that before because the links are explained in more details.

Understanding the Links
Well , while maybe there is some kind of video with instruction, and explanations as to how to do this, I decided to ask Safari how to do a link from scratch. It was very informative. They dissect the link piece by piece. Unfortunately I had to go to work at the supermarket, so I left and did not get back until eight thirty. At which point I wanted to find out how my grand daughter's birthday turn out.
Accomplishments of Today
My accomplishments of today were none. Besides learning about the hyper links I din't do anything worthwhile. I am stuck and bored.
I called my grand daughter again because I was not happy with the turn of events that took place on her birthday. To my surprise she was quite happy. The Putnam County Sheriff had driven by the house with the siren on in celebration of her birthday. How nice was that? She had a special dinner with her mom, dad and sister. She also had an ice cream birthday cake. To bad that she could not celebrate with her friends and Grand Mothers. Neither I nor the other grand ma were able to be with her because the Covid-19. May it be a wonderful year . I will be looking forward to next BIRTHDAY
